Abstract Background Environmental contamination has become a major concern over the past few decades, drawing attention of numerous researchers from both developed and developing nations. The aquatic system serves as primary sink for disposal garbage, which negative impact on environment biota. reality is that heavy metals cannot be totally removed ecosystem because they can bioaccumulate grow in strength move up food chain. Particularly build tissues animals, result, tissue concentrations may harmful to human animal health. Our study aimed elucidate possible use biomarkers monitoring assessing contaminants among fresh water fish. Results From present study, we conclude glutathione peroxidase used bioindicator nickel iron contamination. Ultimately, these studies focus measuring levels pollution induce irreversible ecological changes ecosystems. Till now level toxicity was moderate, it progressing toward danger. Efforts made control activities release pollutants unnaturally into public government so clean clear maintained.
